  • FOR A LIMITED TIME :
    Initial Energy assessments are $99.00 for residents of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. A savings of $500.00

    The fee for the post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation is $199 + HST and will be collected at the time of the post-retrofit evaluation.

    These payments can be made via credit card or interac at the time of the evaluation. We do not accept cash or cheque.

  • Roughly 2 hours, depending on the size of your home.

  • Your energy advisor will email or mail your results within 2 weeks.
