CMHC ECO PLUS

ThermalWise provides home energy assessments in Nova Scotia.

  • After closing on your mortgage, owners have up to 2 years to submit their refund request.

    This includes buying a new home and building a new home.

  • These are required with <20% downpayment.

  • This is a very good visual indicator that your home is energy efficient and will meet the targets for the Eco Plus refund.

ThermalWise can help you access refunds through the Canada Mortgage Housing Council’s Eco Plus initiative to make energy efficient and low-carbon homes more affordable. If you answer yes to the questions below you may be eligible for a 25% partial premium refund.
