Della, born and raised on Newfoundland's Southern Shore, joined ThermalWise in August 2023. She manages administrative operations in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. Prior to joining ThermalWise, Della was highly successful in sales, surpassing $4 million in sales over seven years. Her administrative skills were honed as Office Manager at Garrison Guitars, where she managed business and financial operations. Della is passionate about systems and problem-solving. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, listening to 90’s rock music, and hiking the East Coast Trail.
